We have among us in our community, an accomplished seamstress/designer, Golab Momenkhani, who is selling sudrehs for kids, women and men. She does alterations and also stitches.
To place orders: If you need sudrehs, or any of the services listed below, you may either directly place your order with Golab at golab_m-at-yahoo-dot-com or with BFDESAI-at-aol-dot-com.
The price for each sudreh is (includes the muslin):

You just select your fabric and give it to her with a sample, or meet with her personally to have your measurements taken. We can easily work out dates when Golab can be available personally to take the measurements.
The tailoring prices will vary depending on what you are having custom stitched.
